ABOUT FISH

Hi, I’m James, but my friends and every sports coach I have ever had call me Fish. Now, I'm not an exceptionally good swimmer, but I am a landscape architect that loves to draw, solve problems and create spaces that shape the world around us.

Since graduating with a Master's degree in 2013 I have worked for four years as a landscape architect for O2 Landscapes in Auckland; a small design/build practice where I was exposed to design and construction on both high-end residential and commercial projects.

Now on the verge of moving to Melbourne, I am searching for an employment opportunity where i can hang up my steel cap boots and focus my time and energy into cycling to work, drinking coffee and designing to my heart's content. Such a dream job would ideally have me working on larger projects with a team of  great people, focusing on issues around water management and ecological systems.
